Tomato candy


Tomato constitutes one of strategic horticulture plant and categorised vegetable both of biggest after potato. Industry already utilize tomato as raw material is industrial tomato paste.
Materials:
 -          Ripe tomato

-          caramel's sugar
-          Sand sugar
-          Salt
Equipment:
-          Fork
-          Panic
-          Buffer tool
-          Tampah
Candy Makings process Nanas:

-          Vote for tomato which pock stipulates namely tomato tingle rather ripe that its candy not crush and if wants to make tomato candy perceives date, utilize cherry tomato because kindred with date fruit
-          Tomato wash until clean slate and then tiriskan and fruit surface is pricked with fork to issue buan's seed tomato
-          Soak tomato in whiting more or less 1 hour. Its aim that tomato texture rather mengeras so not crumbly
-          Making consisting of sugar water mixture 1 kg water with 1 kg sand sugar is next to be cooked until boiling then inserts tomato
-          Next day dry tomato in buffer tool
-          Tomatos stewed ex dibubuhi little bit sugar caramel so water becomes brownish-red. That water back dididihkan, then is lifted and let by cold. If water was cold, insert tomato into that water up to 12 hours.
